Payment

Payment in full is required to confirm your reservation. ​

Cancellation

If you were to cancel from 30 to 119 days prior to your charter/activity you will receive a 50% refund

If you were to cancel 120 to 150 days prior to your charter/activity you will receive a 75% refund

If you were to cancel 151 days or more prior to your charter you will receive a 100% refund

 

If we were to cancel your charter/activity for any reason you will be notified no later then 1 week prior and you will receive a full 100% refund.

NOTE: CANCELATION MUST BE SENT VIA EMAIL ONLY. NO OTHER COMMUNICATION METHOD TEXT, PHONE, ETC. IS ACCEPTED

Cancellation Due To Weather 

The Captain has the sole discretion to cancel a charter due to weather

If it is necessary to cancel the charter, it will be canceled no earlier than 24 hours prior and no later than 4 hours prior to the charter. 

In the event of Captain cancellation, a full refund will apply.

If the charter has started and the weather turns bad, the Captain may cancel charter even though it has begun. 

25% time into charter = 75% refund

50% time into charter = 50% refund

51% or more time = 0% refund   ​​​​

What to bring 

Your medication including Sea Sickness Pills

Drugs - No, except medical marijuana. Don't forget your MM card you may be asked for it.

Cell phones allowed only when all members of the charter are your friends and family. DO YOU REALLY NEED IT?

ID with your photo

Fishing gear & bait

Food & Drink if not included in your charter price

Sunscreen, Hat, Towels, Beach Toys etc.

Snorkel Gear Mask & Fins 

Life preservers for child 10 and under

Guns - No

No street shoes allowed on board you may wear boat shoes

If it's cold or you get cold easily, please bring appropriate cold weather attire
